Beginning Tuesday, November 20th at 2 PM, I will be offering open groups “TUNE-UP TUESDAYS AT TWO” for an hour and 15 minutes. No commitment for ongoing attendance is required. Each group will include time to turn inward and time to share. I will offer practical information for maintaining emotional regulation and provide demonstrations of energy treatments that help affect positive change.
Space is limited so advanced notice is required. (Text, Email or Call me at 786.457.0505).
If you cannot attend, but wish to ‘tune-up’ on your own, remember that I continue to post new Self-Soothing Tools under Resources. See the “Lowdown from Laya” here: www.layaseghi.com/video-tools. Try them out and share with others. The latest is the Freeze-Frame Technique from HeartMath you can see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5L3p_2jFS24
This series has ended, but stay tuned for details on the next series of tune-ups!
If you want to thrive, not just survive, there are proven methods that can help you develop a core of resilience. I will be offering four group sessions to introduce some of the practical tools that I’ve culled from the research in positive psychology and neuroscience. Come for one or all! These teachings and experiential exercises practiced in a group setting are designed to create more CALM, COURAGE, CONFIDENCE and COMPASSION in your life.
